You are all probably pretty aware that I am a one woman operation. How do I keep this machine rolling? With terms and conditions, of course!

Health Disclaimer: All of my items are made in a dog-friendly home; however, she never enters my workspace nor does she have access to my work room. For those of you who are dog fanatics and just need to know the breed, she’s a Greyhound – a rescued and retired racer and living out her glory days on my couch. 😉

Can I place a custom order?

Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to fulfill requests for custom orders.

Do you do wholesale?

Yes! I offer discount prices for wholesale orders. In order to qualify for wholesale discount, you must order a minimum of 20 (TWENTY) of the same item and of the same size. In addition to the discount, you will also receive free shipping.
For wholesale orders, I require a non-refundable half payment as a deposit. Prior to the shipping of your order, the other half of the order is to be paid. Additional insurance on shipping is your responsibility. I do not accept returns or refunds on wholesale orders.

I own a brick and mortar shop. Can I sell your stuff?

If you are a store owner, I would love to discuss a consignment contract with you. Feel free to email me about your opportunities. I require a written, signed contract prior to agreeing to any business decisions.



Stock items
You have 7 days upon receiving your order to email me to express your dissatisfaction of a received product. You may either request a fix or a partial refund. No fix or partial refund will be honored until you send your order back to me at your expense of postage. A fix is only honored for defective work. This does not honor additional changes desired for the item. All stock items are sold as is.

Shipping policies:

I always aim to get you the appropriate shipping method for your products. Please understand that shipping times do not count towards my turn around time. Once your item(s) leave my hands, I am not to be responsible for timeliness of delivery or wear and tear or lack of care of your product.

Can I send you fabric to make an item for me?

Unfortunately, no. This is a health and safety issue. I need to be able to account for the quality and condition of materials that enter into my sewing studio.

Do you sew and/or fix clothing?

I do not accept custom orders for clothing. This includes alterations. Every now and then I will have a promotional sale of clothing items that can be ordered within the allotted timeframe.
